Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading, Glasgow, Perth, Portsmouth

Salary: £35,200- £52,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role: The Transition State Analyst is responsible for managing and coordinating transition state activities for a programme release pillar, such as the identification and implementation of transition states, ownership and maintenance of the pillar benefit position, requirement traceability, and supporting the pillar through governance. They ensure that benefits are captured and realised, requirements are traceable and assured, and that the business has a clear path through the iterative releases of the programme via clearly defined interim processes. The role works closely with Bridge delivery teams, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders, reporting into the Transition State Lead.

You will:

  • Able to take ownership of problems and requests as well as the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
  • Excellent time management skills; able to effectively plan own and others’ time.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise own workload within demanding schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and Power BI.
