Base Location: Perth, Inveralmond House

Salary: £46,626 - £54,154 and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The role

Our Connections Contract team are responsible for ensuring all Major Connection Contracts are produced to a high standard, and in line with our Guaranteed Standards. As part of this team, you'll manage your own portfolio of Connections customers, providing an effective service to each, managing their expectations, and assisting them with any queries they may have. You will have full responsibility for the delivery of exceptional customer service and outstanding performance against customer satisfaction, whilst working closely with your team and management. You'll also liaise with a range of stakeholders, such as internal Design Managers and external regulation and legal bodies to ensure information is up to date and accurate, whilst ensuring compliance is maintained throughout.

You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of generation connections customers.
  • Prepare and manage commercial connections contracts.
  • Manage relationships and communication with key industry bodies.
  • Understand customer requirements.
  • Manage internal relationships within the organisation acting as the voice of the customer.

You have:

  • Relevant commercial contracts experience with an understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate.
  • A track record of problem solving and challenging established processes.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and customers involved in large financial transactions.
  • Excellent organisational skills which includes meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail with experience of influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels.
