SAMH is recruiting a Team Leader for our West Lothian Forensic Service to oversee a dedicated support team across homes and community settings. This full-time role (37.5 hours) requires strong leadership and collaboration with NHS, Social Work and criminal justice partners to focus on person-centred outcomes.
You will coordinate care plans, supervise staff, ensure quality assurance and data recording, and lead service development while maintaining Care Inspectorate standards.
