Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

  • The position of Senior Lettings Consultant will involve growing the property register, by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit.
  • You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time.
  • You will be part of a highly motivated and target driven team.
  • Duties will include:
    • Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
    • Booking and carrying out property viewings
    • Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
    • Supporting the Branch Manager where applicable
    • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
    • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
    • Representing the company in a professional manner
    • Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills required:

  • Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
  • A full UK driving license.
