Job Summary and key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Tenancy Management, LRG are seeking a Tenancy Manager to join a dedicated and dynamic new team based in The Meadows, Camberley. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for our non-managed landlords, assisting them with inquiries, booking check out and compliance appointments, assisting with the end of tenancy deposit administration, and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through both telephone and written communication, acting as a dedicated point of contact for non-managed landlords and tenants.
- Managing the non-managed end of tenancy process, ensuring customers receive clear communication and support throughout the checkout journey.
- Support landlords with compliance requirements and coordinate statutory documentation where requested, ensuring company processes and legislative requirements are met.
- Coordinate checkout appointments and proactively engage with landlords and tenants ahead of tenancy end dates to ensure expectations and timescales are understood.
- Proactively contacting landlords and tenants ahead of tenancy end dates to provide guidance, manage expectations and support a smooth checkout process.
- Supporting customers through the No Deposit Scheme process and assisting with tenancy-end deposit administration.
- Work collaboratively with branch teams, Team Leaders and Heads of Centre to understand reasons for lost instructions and identify opportunities to improve client retention.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are completed in line with company procedures and service standards.
