Job Title: Saturday Sales Consultant

Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours during the week when required!

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:

Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.

Report on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing.

Qualify applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.

Promote Properties and services effectively to achieve targets.

Feed back to the relevant managers / consultants on applicants’ needs and add notes to our in-house systems.

Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.

Full UK Driving Licence
