We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our Reconditioned team at our Bathgate site. As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for all office-based activities at site. These include:
- Managing the order processing system from both email and telephone to ensure all customer orders are delivered in full and on time.
- Assisting the Site Manager to ensure all sales and procurement paperwork is produced and completed correctly.
- Accurately input data and liaise with customers and vendors whilst driving first class customer service.
- Liaising with Customers and the Site Manager to resolve any issues in the event of a customer complaint.
About you:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft office programmes.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience within an office environment.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training to fulfil the role.
