Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Operations Administrator to support warehouse, stock control, and operational processes. This is a varied role combining SAP administration, stock management, and hands-on operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support, including SAP query handling, stock reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Manage blocked stock, investigate discrepancies, and support production job reconciliation
- Support stock control, QC processes, PI counts, and relabelling returned stock
- Assist with goods in, outbound stock movements, and warehouse/transport coordination
- Deliver general admin support and cover across office and warehouse functions
- Analyse warehouse performance (including ABC analysis) and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
- Support operational decision-making using SAP data insights and performance reporting
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Report and resolve safety concerns, contribute to safety initiatives, and support site-wide H&S standards including contractors and visitors
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with SAP or similar systems (desirable)
- Comfortable working across both admin and operational environments
