New & Reconditioned Pallets | UK Field-Based / Hybrid
We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to drive growth across both new and reconditioned pallet sales, while developing long-term customer partnerships and supporting procurement opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident relationship-builder who enjoys identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer relationships
- Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Develop existing accounts through contracts, stock holding agreements, and value-added solutions
- Work closely with customers to gather forecast information and support operational planning
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Planning, Commercial, and Site Operations
- Support promotional and networking activities, including LinkedIn and industry engagement
- Monitor market trends, legislation, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer interaction records
