- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors to ensure the highest quality of work and efficiency on site.

- Cost & Budgeting: Sense check costs against schedules, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
