Associate – Development Monitoring Surveying | London | Route to Partnership

A highly respected independent property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Development Monitoring Surveyo r to join its growing London team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants more than just another Associate title. The successful candidate will join a well-established Monitoring Surveying and Due Diligence team with direct exposure to Partners, major institutional clients, and a genuine opportunity to progress to Partnership.

The business has an enviable reputation across the UK construction and property sectors, advising on high-profile developments, regeneration schemes, commercial portfolios, and mixed-use projects for lenders, investors, funds, and developers.

The Role:

You will lead and deliver a wide range of Monitoring Surveying and Due Diligence commissions, including:

• Fund and lender monitoring instructions• Development due diligence assessments

• Technical reporting and risk analysis

• Client-facing meetings and presentations

• Project and stakeholder management

• Business development and client relationship growth

• Mentoring and development of junior team members

About You:

You will ideally have:

• MRICS qualification (or equivalent experience) – Likely to be the QS pathway

• Strong Monitoring Surveying and Due Diligence experience

• Excellent commercial awareness and technical knowledge

• Experience working with lenders, investors, developers, and institutional clients

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A desire to contribute to business growth and help shape the future direction of a successful consultancy
