A highly respected independent property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Development Monitoring Surveyor to join its growing London team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants more than just another Associate title. The successful candidate will join a well-established Monitoring Surveying and Due Diligence team with direct exposure to Partners, major institutional clients, and a genuine opportunity to progress to Partnership.

The Role
- Lead and deliver a wide range of Monitoring Surveying and Due Diligence commissions, including:
- Fund and lender monitoring instructions
- Development due diligence assessments
- Technical reporting and risk analysis
- Client-facing meetings and presentations
- Project and stakeholder management
- Business development and client relationship growth
- Mentoring and development of junior team members
About You
- MRICS qualification (or equivalent experience) β Likely to be the QS pathway
- Strong Monitoring Surveying and Due Diligence experience
- Excellent commercial awareness and technical knowledge
- Experience working with lenders, investors, developers, and institutional clients
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A desire to contribute to business growth and help shape the future direction of a successful consultancy
