Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the manufacturing operation to meet output, budget, and performance targets.
- Take full accountability for Health & Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).
- Ensure timber stock levels are effectively managed to support production and new business growth.
- Develop, motivate, and lead a high-performing team through strong leadership and engagement.

About You

- Experience with supply chain and procurement processes.
