A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SHE Business Partner to join our team based at our Ellesmere Port site. As a SHE Business Partner, you will actively work with Site Management teams, with support from the Head of Health and Safety in the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment requirements, ensuring that company and legal standards are compliant across multiple sites.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure site compliance against company SHE policy through monitoring, site audits, health checks, guidance, and support.
  • Ensure all accidents and incidents are investigated in line with company procedures to establish root cause and implement sustainable preventative control measures.
  • Manage notification and reporting of RIDDOR accidents to the Health and Safety Executive via SHE Management.
  • Track and report weekly accident and incident corrective action completion rates, providing practical problem-solving advice.
  • Develop SHE policies and procedures aligned with company needs and legislative compliance.
  • Develop and lead safety awareness through toolbox talks, safety alerts, and environmental initiatives.
