Head of Digital Platform Enablement - ServiceNow/Observability/DevOps/Platform Engineering
London - Hybrid 2-3 days per week | Permanent | Up to Β£160,000 + 30% bonus
Head of Digital Platform Enablement required to own a global enterprise portfolio spanning ServiceNow, observability and developer/engineering platforms.
The role owns strategy, roadmap, life cycle and measurable outcomes across the platform ecosystem. This is not a single-tool leadership role and not a project-only implementation brief.
Key Skills/Experience required for the Head of Digital Platform Enablement role:
- ServiceNow/ITSM platform ownership, workflow automation, self-service and employee experience
- Observability/monitoring across applications, cloud, infrastructure, networks and end-user experience
- Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD and developer tooling
- Terraform/Bicep/Infrastructure as Code
- Platform engineering, reusable templates, engineering guardrails and automation
- Product/platform roadmap and life cycle ownership
- Data-led prioritisation and value realisation
- Moving teams from project-led delivery towards product-centric and continuously improving platform services
- Enterprise-scale outcomes in productivity, reliability, service quality, automation, visibility, delivery speed and cost
Candidates need credible breadth across ServiceNow, observability and developer-platform capability, together with sustained ownership after transformation.
London hybrid, normally 2-3 days per week. Permanent. Unrestricted UK Right to Work required; no sponsorship.
