Corporate Ethics Compliance Analyst 12-month contract, London hybrid working, £250-£300 per day Inside IR35 We are seeking a Corporate Ethics Compliance Analyst to join the internal Risk and Compliance function of a large international professional-services organisation. Important: This is not a banking KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction-monitoring, remediation or financial-crime operations position. Applicants from those backgrounds will need to demonstrate significant broader internal ethics and corporate compliance experience. This is a broad, hands-on role requiring experience beyond AML/KYC. The successful candidate will support internal compliance activity across anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, insider trading, employee and new-hire compliance, conflicts, gifts and hospitality, policies, investigations and monitoring, with a good part of the role will involving compliance checks and approvals relating to employees, contractors and senior appointments, including screening, declarations, outside interests and associated contractual requirements.
