We work with some of the UK's biggest companies and government departments to provide a pragmatic approach to technology, delivering bespoke software solutions and expert advice. As Sales Development Team Lead, you will be managing the team responsible for client research, outbound prospecting, and lead nurturing, as a shared service to our sector-aligned commercial teams. You will be coaching and mentoring early career, sales-focused individuals, guiding their professional development towards more senior sales roles across the organisation. You will drive standards and innovative approaches to client insight generation, personalised outreach to qualified targets, and collaboration with our commercial teams, marketing, and consultants.
In this role you will be responsible for data quality within CRM systems and reporting on the activities of your team by way of maintaining up-to-date records. Weekly and monthly reporting will be part of data management and sharing insights with the commercial teams. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, constantly seeking routes to improved efficacy and efficiency. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
