Scott Logic is seeking a People Experience Advisor to provide practical, employee-focused support across the lifecycle. You will act as the first contact for managers and staff, advise on policies, manage routine relations matters and help ensure a high-quality service.
The role involves triaging casework with the team, supporting onboarding, offboarding and payroll coordination where needed, and contributing to policy development and continuous improvement. A CIPD Level 3+ is preferred.
