As we continue to go through a sustained period of growth, driven by several recent, significant business wins. To support this expansion, we are looking to appoint a Production Team Leader to run daily operations, lead a small, skilled team, and drive continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment. This is very much a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll play an active part in production while guiding and developing your team to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standard.
- Be actively involved in production, providing hands-on support where needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and product development.
- Maintain KPIs and take responsibility for the upkeep and efficiency of facilities.
About You
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing planning and work scheduling to ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery of products.
- Solid understanding of safety principles and best practices.
- Proven record of achieving production targets, managing budgets, and driving efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
