You will define segmentation, coordinate with Marketing, Guest Loyalty, Sales and Customer Service, and drive data-driven improvements to personalise every guest interaction.

You will partner with regional managers, manage the loyalty budget, and guide the gift program while staying compliant with data protection across markets.
