The Role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in high-end projects in the London and Surrey area. Ideally you’ll have experience working on high-end residential projects such as refurbishment, extensions and new build. As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll be working closely with external Architects, building contractors and the end client.
The Company
This company is a quantity surveying and cost consultancy mainly working on high-end residential projects in London and Surrey but do also have clients in the public and education sectors too. This company also offers other services in the wide group such as structural engineering and building surveying.
The role will require
* Prepare budgets and cost plans
* BoQ
* Review contractors tender documents
* Liaise with all stakeholders throughout the projects life cycle
* Give sound advise
* Risk management
* Support junior team members
* Final accounts
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Ideally a relevant degree
* Chartered would be advantageous but not essential
* Solid experience with high-end projects
* Ideally some experience working for a consultancy
Salary & Benefits
* Salary is DOE
