Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join a consultancy in East Central London. They are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor or a recently qualified a Building Surveyor to join the team working on commercial, educational and residential buildings. If you are a graduate Surveyor you will need to have some experience working in a consultancy unfortunately we aren’t looking for fresh graduates for this role.

The Company

This company is a Building Surveying consulting working across London and the home counites on commercial, educational and residential buildings for a wide variety of clients.

The role will require

* Preparations of schedules of dilapidations

* Schedules of dilapidations

* Schedules of condition

* Specification writing

* Measured surveys for fire insurance reinstatement

* Party walls

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Degree in Building Surveying (RICS)

* Good knowledge of AutoCAD

* Able to travel across London and the home counties

Salary & Benefits
