Job Description
Job Title: BIM Specialist\\n\\nLocation: London (Hybrid working)\\n\\nSalary: Up to £70,000 DOE + benefits\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nWe are seeking a BIM Specialist ideally with experience working on heritage projects in the UK to join a heritage architecture and consultancy in their London office. As the successful BIM Specialist you’ll be working on historic buildings in the UK putting your design and conservation skills to use.\\n\\nThe Company\\n\\nThis company is an architecture and heritage consultancy who work on some of the most iconic buildings in the UK and overseas. With over 350 heritage and conversation specialists in the business they are one of the leading heritage firms in the UK.\\n\\nThe role will require\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650\\n\\n * Provide support the project teams using AutoCAD, Revit, CDE Solutions and other related platforms\\n\\n * Act as a senior contact for digital delivery queries\\n\\n * Help push digital innovation\\n\\n * Support the Head of BIM in evolving digital standards, templates, and guidance documents, contributing to continuous improvement\\n\\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\\n\\n * 10+ years experience in BIM\\n\\n * Ideally heritage experience\\n\\n * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit\\n\\n * Architecture background\\n\\nSalary & Benefits\\n\\n * Up to £70,000 DOE\\n\\n * Hybrid working\\n\\n * Bonus\\n\\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\\n\\n * Private medical\\n\\n * Life assurance\\n\\n * Enhanced maternity & paternity pay\\n\\nKeen to hear about other opportunities like this?
