The Role
The position focuses on planned preventative maintenance of HVAC plant, including reactive fault‑finding and emergency works as required by our client. Candidates should have a strong background in commercial building services.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute planned preventative maintenance, servicing and repair works across multiple contracts.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, suppliers and sub‑contractors to maintain excellent relationships and ensure smooth operation.
- Provide boiler/combustion servicing and repair works across various contracts.
- Maintain low‑pressure boilers, high‑pressure boilers, power boilers, steam boilers and hot water heating systems.
- Monitor boiler systems to ensure safe operation; facilitate periodic cleaning.
- Address any problems with boiler systems and notify maintenance as needed.
- Report potentially dangerous equipment or safety violations to the relevant manager.
- Adhere to relevant legislation when performing maintenance.
- Attend call‑outs during normal working hours and participate in the out‑of‑hours emergency call‑out rota.
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial and domestic heating systems and associated plant with relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience as a mobile engineer across multiple sites.
- Strong building services experience with good fault‑finding knowledge and understanding of building compliance.
