The Role
We are seeking an energetic, proactive all-rounder to be the operational hub of our small, dedicated office team. This is a highly practical role for someone who thrives on a dual focus: actively generating leads and creating the marketing content that closes the sale.
This position is crucial because everyone plays a direct part in growing our business. You will be essential in keeping our sales pipeline moving, our brand visible, and making a measurable difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Lead Generation & Outreach: You will be expected to pick up the phone to initiate contact, qualify leads, and secure initial appointment opportunities. Research and identify new prospects across our target sectors.
- Opportunity Identification: Spot trends, news, or client events that create marketing opportunities and quickly turn them into actionable campaigns.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit marketing materials, including new case studies, testimonials, and service descriptions, by gathering technical input from our engineers and managers.
- Marketing Activities: Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns, including social media posting (LinkedIn) and direct email marketing efforts.
- Operational Support: Manage and update prospect data within our CRM (HubSpot). Maintain the central digital asset library to ensure the team has immediate access to all necessary collateral.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics for leads generated and marketing engagement, providing focused updates to management.
