- Carrying out assessments in our Service Users homes
- Supporting people with social and physical activities
- Booking and going with people to appointments
- Helping with personal care such as support with showering and dressing
- Supporting people with eating and drinking
Scott Care Ltd is a family run business. We are looking for applicants who would like a career in Social Care who live in the Swale area, including the Isle of Sheppey & Sittingbourne. You will be caring for adults and elderly people, making a difference to their lives. Sometimes you are the only contact the person has from one day to the next.
We are able to offer as many or as few hours as you like, around the hours of our care delivery, including early mornings, evenings, bed time and weekends. You need to be committed to your role, which will in turn offer continuity to our service users.
We have full time rounds of work available and also part time rounds during the week and weekends. Ideal for people who are working a main job or have family commitments during the week, but have some time to spare at the weekends. If itβs only a few hours on a regular basis we can offer you work once we have trained you.
