Scott Brown Hairdressing Ltd are looking to expand their Hairdressing team. We seek an experienced Hairdresser on an Employed basis. The position would suit an already established stylist wishing to progress.
We have amazing facilities including branded products (commission of 20% paid on sales). The salon benefits from a great location, ample free parking for you.
Help and Support: The position is Full Time Employed; however, if you wish to make the leap to self-employed here at Scott Brown Hairdressing, we also have an onsite legal compliance and accountancy specialist, who can help you set up your self-employed status. We will give you continued support and help you grow your business.
Salon Hours: Tuesday - Saturday
Job Type: Full time
Expectations:
- Acting as an ambassador for the salon at all times
- Maintaining a presentable and fashionable image
- Confidently cutting & styling both women, children and gents hair
- Colouring techniques including highlights, tints, balayage & creative colouring, colour correcting
- Blow drying techniques including curly blow-dries and hair up
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the salon
- Contributing to marketing and social media activities
- Participating in 'in house' training
- Staying up to date on latest hairdressing and fashion trends
