As our new Warehouse Team Leader, you'll lead our warehouse operations team to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant movement of products while delivering outstanding service to our customers. You'll play a key role in maintaining operational performance, supporting your team and driving continuous improvement across our warehouse activities.
Working within our Operations team and reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities including picking, packing, loading and dispatch. You'll lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high standards of safety, quality and performance are maintained at all times. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing your leadership skills within an employee-owned business.

- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the night shift
- Supervise picking, packing, loading and dispatch activities
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance
- Manage, coach and develop warehouse team members
