As our new Executive Assistant, you play a pivotal role in our employee‑owned business by engaging with colleagues across the Group to ensure they feel informed, inspired and connected as owners. You are a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing high‑level administrative and strategic support that enables them to operate at maximum effectiveness, while ensuring priorities are coordinated and delivered seamlessly across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties
- Coordinate complex calendars, travel and meetings across time zones, including agendas, follow‑ups and logistics.
- Manage correspondence, reports and presentations with discretion, acting as a gatekeeper for communications and information.
- Organise files, events and administrative processes to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Strategic Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of senior leadership priorities by translating strategy into plans, tracking milestones and flagging risks.
- Provide research, analysis and insights to inform decision‑making, briefings and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and support projects and cross‑functional initiatives, driving continuous improvement through smarter processes and tools.
