Quality Control Team Leader in Northampton

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Quality Control laboratory, ensuring compliance with company, HSE, and legislative procedures.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and assist with substandard production investigations and right‑first‑time improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and coordinate laboratory equipment testing, servicing, calibration, validation, and accurate record keeping.
• Review, update, and implement testing methods, SOPs, and new quality control processes in collaboration with R&D and other departments.
• Support health, safety, and environmental activities, including risk assessments, audits, COSHH compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

• Experience working within a quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing environment, ideally with knowledge of HSE/SHE processes and legislation.
