Deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets for Italy, ensuring full alignment with annual budgets and the 5-year strategic business plan, while continuously optimizing the route-to-market within the country. Lead the deployment of the specialty-focused sales strategy in Italy, driving sustainable growth of high-value products through the development of a strong sales culture and highly capable teams. Demonstrate strong technical expertise, providing hands-on support to customers and distributors in the field, offering practical guidance on product application and ensuring optimal use of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies in Italy, Malta, and North Africa, in line with company objectives and long-term strategic plan.
  • Achieve budgets and targets for volume, revenue, and margin for Italy, in alignment with annual budgets and the 5-year strategic plan.
  • Optimize distribution channels in Italy for maximum efficiency and better market penetration.
  • Lead the implementation of the specialty sales strategy in Italy, encouraging growth of high-value product sales.
  • Develop a strong sales culture and train a competent and motivated sales team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners in Italy.
  • Analyse market data and identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing effective leadership and ongoing support.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication with other departments, particularly sales and marketing teams.
  • Represent Scott Bader professionally and positively at events and meetings with clients and partners.

Qualifications:
