The Role:
As a member of the floor team, your role will include:
- Welcome guests to our venues.
- Deal with guest enquiries.
- Provide guests with information about the venue, the venue’s services and relevant venue events.
- Accompany guests to their event, room, reserved area or booth.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a similar customer facing role.
