The Role:As ReliefHead Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We are looking for someone with a passion for great food, strong leadership skills, and a desire to create a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Role Responsibilities:- Overseeall aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Lead and inspirea team of chefs, focusing on development and continuous improvement.
- Create and developexciting, seasonal menus that reflect the unique flavors of St Andrews.
- Maintaina clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
- Managefood costs, inventory, and suppliers to optimise profitability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experienceas a Head Chef or a seasoned Sous Chef ready to step up.
- Strong leadershipand communication skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent.
