Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the cinema, ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.
- Lead and motivate the cinema team, providing training and support where needed.
- Manage box office, concessions, and auditorium operations efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met throughout the venue.
