We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team in St Andrews supporting our student developments.

The Role: Are you reliable, motivated and hardworking? Do you have building/trade experience? If the answer is yes then why not join our maintenance team? You will be required to complete general maintenance and this could be different general maintenance works around the student developments; examples of this could include painting, general plumbing, joinery, tiling and some electrical work may be required. Supporting with helping manage waste, event set up and general tasks.

- Previous building/trade experience or a basic rounded knowledge of DIY.
- Good communication skills in order to respond promptly and positively to requests.
- The position will require you to work independently (as well as within a team) so self-motivation is very important.
