With the festive season approaching, we are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our bar staff team to help us create a lively and festive atmosphere for our guests.

The Role:
The Head Bartender is responsible for leading the bar operation, driving creativity and quality in the drinks offering, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role blends hands-on bartending with leadership, training, and collaborative menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellentcustomer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Servealcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing laws and company standards.
  • Mix and servea range of cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
  • Engage withguests, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drinks.
  • Managethe bar area, ensuring it remains clean, well-stocked, and organised.
  • Handlecash and card payments accurately.
  • Assist withthe setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts.
  • Work efficientlyduring busy periods, especially on key dates.
  • Design and develop seasonal and event-specific cocktail menus in collaboration with the internal drinks team.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with spirits, wine, and beer suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experiencein a bar or hospitality role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the trade.
  • Excellentcustomer service and communication skills.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for making customers feel special.
  • Ability towork in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibleavailability, including evenings, weekends, and key festive dates (including Christmas and New Year).
  • Knowledge ofalcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation is a plus.
  • Personal LicenceHolders Certificate (preferred but not required).
