We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Head Door Steward to lead our dynamic team of Security Staff. As Head Door Steward, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at our venues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted with a friendly and approachable manner, while also managing access and handling any security-related issues.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing crowds and queues
  • Dealing with conflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required
  • Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times
  • Managing the Door Steward Team

The Person:

  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role.
  • 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred.
  • Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to diffuse high tension situations.
  • Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends at key times during the year.
