The Role: We are currently recruiting for a Cloakroom Assistant to run our cloakroom in a professional manner, ensuring the cloakroom is kept clean and tidy and the successful person will have good customer skills.
Role Responsibilities: As part of the Cloakroom Team, your role will include:
- Understanding cloakroom layout.
- Wearing uniform to standard.
- Keeping area tidy and clean as a customer-facing space.
- Understanding the cloakroom ticketing system and being prepared for service before opening.
- Regular cleaning and emptying bin where necessary.
- Communicating any low stock/provisions.
- Communicating any issues to manager/supervisor.
- Following checklist for close down.
- Following the cloakroom running order and not deviating from it.
- Updating lost property log daily.
- Collating all lost property and recording on official forms for lost property office.
- Keeping the area secure and reporting any misconduct to a manager.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
