Banqueting staff are responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. This role ensures high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining professional standards throughout the event.
General Responsibilities
- Use till system to take orders and payments and issue change.
- Prepare banqueting rooms for events, including setting tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, glassware & décor as per event plan.
- Keep the floor clean and bar well stocked.
- Create a warm, friendly and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Serve food & beverages according to banquet service standards.
- Assist in clearing down the event and bar after service.
- Adhere to food safety & hygiene standards at all times.
