About Space to Stay: The Space to Stay is a collection of premium self-catering studios and apartments for stays in St Andrews. We offer fully furnished ensuite accommodations, including our signature studios and a range of multi-bedroom apartments.

The Role: As Food, Events and Beverage Manager, your role will include:

  • Food, Beverage & Events Operations
    • Lead and manage all food, beverage, and events concepts across the campus.
    • Drive profitability through effective budget management and P&L control.
    • Develop menus, service styles, and event offerings to meet guest and student needs.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
  • Guest Experience & Student Wellbeing
    • Champion outstanding guest service.
    • Ensure student wellbeing is a core focus of all operations.
    • Use guest and student feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Events & Auditorium Management
    • Plan and deliver a diverse events programme across the campus.
    • Work with third-party companies to deliver bespoke auditorium events.
    • Oversee logistics, staffing, and supplier coordination for events.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Work closely with the Campus Management Team to deliver first-class service.
    • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in current delivery.
    • Monitor trends and best practice to enhance the campus offer.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in food, beverage and large scale events management.
  • Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
  • Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
  • Commitment to guest service and student wellbeing.
