The Role: As a Finance Business Partner for the main division within the group, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing finance support & challenge to the Tenancy and Unlicenced Property Divisions Operations team to drive performance and achieve business targets.
  • Providing insightful analysis to the Tenancy and Unlicenced Property Divisions team to aid commercial decision making.
  • Investment appraisal and post project performance measurement.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements across the business and working with stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Generating period results for distribution and presentation to the Management Team and Operations Team.
  • Producing the budget and forecasts for the Tenancy and Unlicenced Property Divisions.
  • Calculating the quarterly bonus for the Tenancy and Unlicenced Property Divisions.

This is a highly commercial role in a growing business and will require a strong communicator looking to make a difference on a day to day basis.

The Person: The ideal candidate will be confident and personable with the following skills and experience:

  • Part qualified ICAS/ACCA/CIMA accountant (or suitably qualified by experience).
  • Proven experience of managing and prioritising a varied workload.
  • Application of Financial & Accounting Principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate finance information to non-finance employees.
  • Financial Modelling and Analysis skills – Proficient in Excel.
  • Proactive individual who is eager to learn about the commercial aspects of the business and develop their skill set.
