The Role: We are looking for someone who has great floor skills, is chatty, upbeat and has the ability to spark a conversation with customers. Skills in floor service, upselling and cocktail knowledge are a must. The successful candidate will be required to be available all day/night on Saturdays. As Deputy General Manager, your role will include:
- Supporting sales growth.
- Controlling costs.
- Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.
- Managing service standards and staff development.
- Accountability for specific shifts and the full unit in the absence of senior management.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role.
