Scotsman Group is seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Manager – Hotels & Accommodation to lead the sales strategy across our portfolio of hotel rooms and serviced apartments in Edinburgh. This is a senior commercial role focused on building strategic partnerships and developing long‑term client relationships that support the continued growth of our accommodation portfolio. Working closely with operations, marketing and revenue teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities while maximising room sales across multiple properties.

The Role

The Cluster Sales Manager will lead sales activity across our hotel and serviced apartment portfolio in Edinburgh, developing relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and event organisers while ensuring strong market visibility for our properties. This role requires a proactive and commercially minded individual who enjoys building partnerships and identifying opportunities across a fast‑moving hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activity across hotel rooms and serviced apartments in Edinburgh
  • Identify and develop new corporate, leisure and group business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and key partners
  • Represent the hotels at networking events, trade shows and industry events
  • Deliver hotel show‑rounds and presentations for prospective clients
  • Work closely with marketing and revenue teams to support booking growth
  • Ensure all in‑house leads and enquiries are effectively managed and converted
  • Support initiatives that strengthen direct booking channels and brand awareness
