We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to play a key role in that journey.

The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and delivering an experience worthy of Rosette recognition and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant
  • Delivering consistently exceptional guest service
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring staff and supervisors
  • Maintaining and elevating service standards in line with Rosette aspirations
  • Taking full operational responsibility in the Manager’s absence
  • Creating a polished yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the prestige of the venue

This is more than a supervisory role it’s a leadership position within a restaurant on an upward trajectory.

About You

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
  • Understands high service standards within quality‑driven environments
  • Leads confidently from the front and motivates teams to excel
  • Thrives in a vibrant, fast‑paced setting
  • Is flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
