Position Summary: As the Assistant Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You\\\’ll deputise leading the Front of House team, including the Concierge & Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel where your leadership and guest service skills will shine.
Responsibilities
Lead the Front of House team and deputise the Front of House Manager as required, including the Concierge & Reception Teams. Ensure smooth daily operations and consistently deliver the highest standards of guest service in a luxury hotel environment.
Qualifications

- Friendly approach to everyone you interact with
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills
- Currently employed in a luxury hotel Front of House position
- Excellent presentation and professional approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team
- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
- Opera Cloud knowledge is a definite advantage
- Experience in a similar management role and experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous
- The Person: The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs
