The Sales & Events Co-ordinator at Scotsman Group Sales Hub manages and coordinates event bookings, sales inquiries, and client relationships across the group's venues. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, planning events, creating tailored packages, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to event execution. As Sales & Events Coordinator, Your Role Will Include:
- Coordinate and execute show rounds
- Create and deliver proposals within budget and time frame
- Administer function agreements and deposit contracts
- Be the client's first point of contact throughout the enquiry, conversion, and event
- Coordinate with the wider sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Share reservation information with the team prior to service
- Achieve pre-booked sales targets while delivering first-class service
- Work closely with the Area Sales Coordinator on sales activities
- Communicate potential leads and opportunities to the Area Sales Coordinator
- Maintain good relationships with the wider Sales Team
- Comply with all statutory, legal, and company processes and procedures with integrity
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and systems within the role's scope
The ideal candidate will have:
