As a Night Team Member at Space Student Accommodation, you’ll ensure the property operates smoothly overnight. You’ll manage night check-ins, conduct the night audit, support breakfast preparation, assist with parcel management, and provide excellent customer service to residents. You’ll also handle emergencies, maintain security, and support events and resident engagement.
4 on 4 off shift pattern, 8pm - 8am
Key Responsibilities
- Night Check-Ins & Audit: Welcome late arrivals and complete the night audit to ensure accurate financial records.
- Parcel Management: Log and ensure parcels are ready for residents to collect.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder to emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Resident & Visitor Support: Assist with resident inquiries, manage visitor sign-ins, and maintain security.
- Breakfast & Event Support: Help prepare grab-and-go breakfasts and assist with resident events.
- Property Maintenance: Ensure the property remains clean, secure, and in excellent condition.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, ideally in student accommodation or hospitality.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and provide exceptional service.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player.
