We are looking for an experienced and talented Night Porter to join our fantastic venue.

The Role
As a Night Porter, your role will include:
- Ensure that each of our guests receives the warmest and most genuine of welcomes.
- Responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out with minimal disruption.
- You will be fantastic at dealing (efficiently) with guest inquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, our services and the local area is an important aspect of your role.
- You will complete regular security walk‑rounds of the Hotel.
- Support with room service as required.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- You will be required to work evenings and weekends.
- You will enjoy working with others, have a great "can do" approach to customer service.
- A friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with.
