Scotsman Group is seeking a cinema Operations Manager to lead day-to-day cinema operations, including the Box Office, Café and screens. You will supervise shifts, drive sales, manage stock and guide private hire events, while maintaining high standards of guest service and compliance.
You will work with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth opening, closing and excellent customer communications, training staff and fostering a positive team culture across the venue.
