The Space to Stay is a collection of premium self-catering studios and apartments for stays in St Andrews. We offer fully furnished ensuite accommodation, including our signature studios and a range of multi‐bedroom apartments.
The Role
- Food, Beverage & Events Operations
- Lead and manage all food, beverage, and events concepts across the campus.
- Drive profitability through effective budget management and P&L control.
- Develop menus, service styles, and event offerings to meet guest and student needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
- Guest Experience & Student Wellbeing
- Champion outstanding guest service.
- Ensure student wellbeing is a core focus of all operations.
- Use guest and student feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Events & Auditorium Management
- Plan and deliver a diverse events programme across the campus.
- Work with third‐party companies to deliver bespoke auditorium events.
- Oversee logistics, staffing, and supplier coordination for events.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the Campus Management Team to deliver first‐class service.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in current delivery.
- Monitor trends and best practice to enhance the campus offer.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience in food, beverage and large‐scale events management.
- Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
- Commitment to guest service and student wellbeing.
